links showing as red in subassembly composer

I have noticed that sometimes links show as red in SAC, is this an error or is there some other message that SAC is telling me, the sub assembly work fine, but I am just wondering what the change of colour indicates

I seems to be that red links are "manual" links where you specify what pre-existing points to be linked. The blues must be automatic links that are created when you add a new point in relation to another point or origin.

Hi KirkWM

I accepted before I looked at the example file, and understood the the statement, in your example the link is highlighted red with a yellow background, because it has been picked in the flow chart, the links I am talking about are red all the time, I suspect but not sure as it dose not happen on every occasion that it is something to do with a condition but I am not sure what
