Linetypes with text are not scaling and text is offset x & y???

Has anybody ever seen this happen to linetypes with text? They are not scaling properly and the text is not centered in the x or y. I did not change or mess with any of the linetypes or lin files. So confused and not sure what happened but I can't seem to figure out how to correct it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind I figured it out. Standard text size got changed from zero.

My line type seems to be doing the same. It will flip, mirror, and offset from the line type; it has done the same to all my line types in this CAD file. My standard text is set to 0 and my font is txt.shx. Does anyone have an advice?
