Linetypes with DVIEW Twist?

I've used DVIEW Twist for years, but I seem to have an issue with linetypes being upside down. The video shows using the GAS linetype from the acad.lin so the "U=0" is in the line string. The file is also a blank drawing in Civil 3D 2020. Am I missing something new with linetypes not working with DVIEW?

GAS_LINE,Gas line ----GAS----GAS----GAS----GAS----GAS----GAS--
A,.5,-.2,["GAS",STANDARD,S=.1,U=0.0,X=-0.1,Y=-.05],-.25

See if THIS helps. I still have the legacy R instead of U. So the text is oriented to the line. In your video the text aligns with the coordinate system. If you wanted it to align with the VIEWTWIST. You'd have to create a UCS.
