Layout Font Size/Scale Issue - New User

I am a fairly new user to Civil 3D and am having an issue with some of my annotations being incredibly massive in scale when I try to view them in the Layout. I am not entirely sure what is even causing the issue to begin to address it. Any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated.

Below shows the normal appearing model.

Below shows varying scales of zoom of the nightmare layout.

A couple notes about the file is that it was given to me by my professor to practice with and it came with a "Standard" label style for the dimensions and annotations in the model. Unfortunately when I created new geometries with automatically generated profiles using Standard, they would appear microscopic on the model, so I created Standard 2 to work around that issue assuming it was a version compatibility issue. I could be completely wrong in that assumption and that itself may be the route of the problem, though I do not understand how that would happen. Finally, this model was worked on using Civil 3D 2020 Student version.

I have also included my file with this post.

You can solve this by Changing your Annotative scale on the bottom right of your civil 3D. like in the screenshot bellow.

You have several label styles and a profile view style with huge text heights specified. (like 4" to 36" at times)   In the layout these sizes are waaaaay too big.   Suitable sizes would be in the 0.06" to 0.5" range.

you need to make the anotation styles text labels the size that you would want to display on in your papaerspace or when you print. from there if it still shows to big in model space you have to control the height like i explained in my first reply
