Create named views from view frames

I searched and found a post w/o an answer from 2011... Hoping there is some new developments. 

I want to create model space named views from the view frames. To me, switching the view in MS will help with annotation and other items. I feel it is more stable, and faster, to do most of my labeling and clean up in MS vs. PS.

I think I posted this in the Idea section. It makes total sense

for now you have to manually add them per frame. by OBJ works
