Layers not showing in Layer Properties Dialog Box

Good morning all, I have an issue with Autocad Layer Properties Dialog Box (Shown above). I'm not sure what is causing this but would like to know if anyone knows why this is occurring and if would happen to know how to correct this issues.

Try CLASSICLAYER

It looks like your Layer Name column has been dragged or resized down to a sliver. Right-click the column headers and select Restore to Defaults. See if that helps.
