Language Pack Mismatch ... maybe?

My Civil 3D has installed decidedly Teutonic. First time using 2020 after installation, opened an old Civil 2017 file, quick saved and got this response.

Command: _qsave Drawing saved in AutoCAD 2018 format.
DGM-Beschriftung wird neu erstellt

Any ideas why the Civil 3d half of my command line would be in German?

There is an extension. I believe it's engineering translator or something like that that by default installs in Germany. It should also appear on the ribbon. Uninstall that and the problem should go away.

@cfindlay7MJ22

Just as an FYI if you go to the readme for that download, there is a switch that can be used to make sure it installs the EN version.
