Joining cogo points by their raw description

Hi,
I carry out topographic surveys quite regularly using the classical method, GNSS and/or total station, for calculating volumes.

To prevent me from making mistakes when drawing. I collect break lines points with different codes, then in Civil 3D I use the transparent command 'PN associated with 3DPOLY to join the points in a certain range.

I wanted to know if there is a transparent command or a LISP in which the user just needed to indicate the raw description and it would automatically join the points with the same description, from lowest to the heights point number?

If you were to consider third party add-ons, DotSoft's C3DTools contains a Figure Auto Connect tool that can create multiple polylines (or featurelines) that connect points by description.  In the example below the user simply windowed the points, picked near the end to start, and entered POS,TREE,STA.
