Somehow, way more often than I want, while trying to do something else in the ribbon, I get this layout preview that pops up on my drawing tabs at the top of the screen. And somehow, it can select a tab without me even clicking anything, then the drawing starts trying to switch tabs (in a drawing where doing so is VERY slow). I don't really understand why it does that without even clicking on anything, and I'd really like to disable this preview as I never actually NEED to use it, it just happens accidentally. Is there any way to do that?

You can set FILETABTHUMBOVER to 0 and it will not switch when you hover over the tabs but will show the preview
or
You can set FILETABPREVIEW to 0 and the preview will be gone.
or
You can set both to 0 and not see the preview or switch views
FILETABTHUMBHOVER rather than FILETABTHUMBOVER...

Wow, setting both of these to '0' does nothing and still shows tabs and the ability to switch tabs/layouts without clicking anything. This is driving me nuts.
Setting those to 0 will disable the preview and switching. Maybe you need to close and restart your autocad and check them again.
