Is it possible to MERGE two different copies of a drawing?

We use a Cloud system and it doesn't alert us if someone else is working the in same drawing.

When we each save, there are then 2 copies of the same drawing with different items changed in each.

Is it possible to merge the copies of the same drawing to get both sets of changes?

Not directly. But you could use the Compare command to bring changes from one drawing into another.

Not to be snarky but you need a better system.  For example Bently Projectwise (works with civil 3d) checks out  a drawing for editing and locks the copy in the cloud.
