Is it possible to create custom elbow with custom angle for Pressure Pipe ?

Hi guys.

      I was just digging into Inventor-Infrastructure parts builder(IPB)-civil 3d work flow for pressure network. I know it is possible to have custom elbow with any angle if I create a 3D elbow in AutoCAD 3D, convert it into .content file, import it in Content Catalogue Editor.

But I just wanted to know if it is possible to create parametric elbow in IPB with angle other than  standard angles (11.25, 22.5 , 45, 90)?. I have a feeling that it might be possible but just wanted to have experts thoughts before I start experimenting myself.  So, if you look at the attachment, is it possible to have more yellow ticks? Thanks.
