Personally, I would think you're ok, this does depend on the amount of ram you have on the system and the page file size. It also will depend on drive type and just how full the drive is, i.e. is 68GB what remains of 250GB. I try to do a 50% rule on my SSD's as they seem to run better, so a 1TB drive is technically full at 500GB and then will start slowing down. Also there are affects by the Windows Page File size setting, that is generally based on RAM some info regarding this can be found here:

There are other things that can affect speed but I think you'll be fine.
