Intersection Wizard Assembly set to import not working

When I set my intersection assemblies to apply to regions in the INT wizard then save out the set, next time I open and use INT-WIZ it defaults back to the OTB Autodesk (Imperial) Assembly Sets and will NOT open and use my xml custom (4-way Intersections set). 

Civil3d Bug?

Looks like this was an intermittent issue. Seems to be working now.
