Based on some quick research. I wouldn't think so. It's reviewed for light gaming at best. I'm presuming that by AEC you mean the AEC Collection.

It isnt certified, but that doesnt mean it wont run. I ran Civil 3D on a Surface Pro, which only had intel graphics and it ran, but was slow.
my current laptop only has HD Graphics 620 and it runs Civil 3D, but I dont use it much for production, just for teaching classes and troubleshooting.
