Inquiry Tool Dialog Box

A dialog box appeared in the top left corner of my Civil 3D screen.

The prompt says "Select An Inquiry Type".

How do I get rid of it?

It is a palette, just click the X in the upper left corner.

Thanks - I'm still trying to unlearn ACAD2000 - not used to the new X's in the dark sidebar.
