Importing 3D Polyines into C3D without losing curve data?

As the title implies, I am looking for a way to import 3D Polylines into C3D without losing the curve data. Anytime I import them they come in with tessellated curves. Is this possible?

The 3dPolyline Object has never been improved since it was created and cannot display arcs nor linetypes.  You will need to use Civil3D FeatureLines if you want curves.
