The shown Dialogue from Command: EDA

is not a native AutoCAD or AutoCAD MAP Command. I assume it's a third-party app.

The imported Data from Shapefile are attached as OD (Object Data). Please check the imported information  using

Command: _Properties

Hi Ali,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Please post your Shapefile. You can zip together the PRJ, DBF, SHX, and SHP files. If it's too large, maybe a link to where you found it.

You have a drawing with existing OD table A. You are using MAPIMPORT to import a second shapefile which will have OD table B. Instead of shapefile B populating OD table B, you want shapefile B to populate the existing OD table A.  Correct?

You can Bulk Copy shapefile B a new shapefile C. The bulk copy command will copy the attributes from B to C. During this bulk copy procedure, you can rename the attribute names of shapefile C so they match the attribute names of shapefile A.

Finally, you can perform MAPIMPORT on shapefile C.

I have checked your uploaded files.

ElecSchema_SLD.dwg contains only one AutoCAD point object at 0,0,0 on the "Config" layer.

The DuctEdge.shp https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shapefile
contains 1795 (rectangular) polygons with a table containing various object data.

With MAPIMPORT you can get polylines with attached object data in AutoCAD MAP/Civil 3D.

Your uploaded DWG does not contain any Block definitions with attributes nor any Object data tables.

Your screenshot shows a customized Blockattribute editor, but you cannot import shape object data as block attributes

directly, if you don't have a point shape but a polygon shape.

Upload a sample CAD file (with blocks with Attributes) that shows correct information when using your custom command EDA. Maybe ist possible to convert the shape information to blocks with attributes using some lisp programming.

What is your intention, what do you finally need?

First, show us a drawing file that is used in your third-party app and works for you. Then we'll probably know what kind of objects you ultimately need. Then we might be able to recommend a suitable approach.

Your problem does not appear to be in AutoCAD. Your problem does not appear to be in AutoCAD’s MAPIMPORT procedure.

It looks like your problem is in export to shapefile.

Are you using Arc Map? If you are exporting your pipes to shapefile format then you need to export the line work and data correctly.

Hello @Anonymous

No new upload found in your Onedrive link yet.

Still the first record SHP TO CAD.zip with polygon shape file and empty drawing "ElecSchema_SLD.dwg" (contains only one point, 5 layers, and no block definitions).

@Anonymous

You uploaded "Field Survey & Asbuilt Submittal Guidelines_v3.0.pdf" which contains

2 Scope
This document provides an overview of the standard developed by KAHRAMAA for the exchange of Spatial Information (GIS) with external third parties. This standard provides drawing specifications to streamline the process of capturing network schemes and assets information, thereby, easing the conversion of as-built submission into Kahramaa enterprise database including the verification and acceptance procedures. This will maximize the usability of the information between KAHRAMAA and other external parties (such as consultants and contractors).
As such, KAHRAMAA requires that all spatial information submitted to the company be structured according to the guidelines specified herein. The contractor, for example, is required to adhere to the structure of the required data in ESRI Data Format (Geodatabase) in order to help improve the structure of the data, create GIS-ready data and reduce the time required for the conversion into GIS. The contractor is emphasized to submit all network schemes and projects' Shop drawings and As-built drawings in accordance with the requirements in this document.
However, Kahramaa is providing the option to submit the projects’ Shop drawings and As-built drawings in AutoCAD (.dwg) format following specific template and using defined tools that are presented in this document as well. Noting that Kahramaa based on her decision, may refuse to receive the AutoCAD templates and request to maintain the Geodatabase template following the section requirements prior the execution of any project.

Have you tested to install CADGISIntegrationToolv2020.msi ?

Why are you trying to get your shape files into AutoCAD while Kahramaa prefers a geodatabase?

Sorry, but this is too specific for me, I can't help you there.
Better send your files directly to Kahramaa and ask for a quality check and suggestions.
