Import Points missing values of one User-Defined Property

I'm trying to import points with 3 user defined properties, and the point file formats seem to be working....except they are not bringing in the values of just one of the User-Defined Properties. The columns for all 3 UDPs are accounted for, and 2 of them show the values being imported as well, but just one of the UDP columns is not bringing any of the values of that UDP. See below; the UDP "UNIT-MEASURE" should be populated with values like the other 2 UDPs:

Any point experts know what is happening? I made sure that both the source and destination files have the exact UDPs used, and the exact same Point File Formats.

I've tried it in both 2024 and 2025.

Hi James,
The only thing I can think of to check is the format of the UDP's: String, Double, etc...

That UDP is a String in both source and destination CAD files...

James,
Can you post the target drawing and a snippet of your point file?

@Pointdump Sure, "x-points_test" is the source file, and WORK ITEMS SUMMARY_test" is the destination.

The point file format is names "XYD-NTIU"

James,
Thanks for posting your drawings.
In drawing 24-016A x-points_test XYD-NTIU: Easting,Northing,Raw Description,Name,Type,Item_Description,Unit_Measure; it's not exporting "Unit_Measure" for some reason.
Even when I create a new "TIU" User-Defined Property Classification, Import Points doesn't recognize the UDP's. I'm stumped.

I would recommend sorting the columns so that either a NAME or POINT NUMBER is the first column. (i.e. N,E,N,D,T,I,U.) That's my guess as to why it's not working.

@Pointdump @rl_jackson

Thanks for your time and help.

Unfortunately, placing the Name or Number property as the first column didn't seem to fix it:

James,
I noticed something odd. In your "24-016A x-points_test.dwg" I can't delete the Unclassified UDP. In "24-016A - WORK ITEMS SUMMARY_test.dwg" I can.
In the past I remember using the default Unclassified had problems, so most folks would create a new UDP. If I delete the UDP and create a new one in "24-016A - WORK ITEMS SUMMARY_test.dwg" then I can import everything no problem.
