I have a problem with civil 3D 2017

why do i get some errors when i start autocad civil 3d 2017. It automatically close the program and error report pop up

this error report contains the following file:

c3dminidump.dmp

dmpuserinfo.xml

dumpdata.zip

I'd start with making sure that AutoCAD is up to date.  the version you are showing is not the most uptodate.  You want to make sure you install AutoCAD 2017.1.2 and Civil 3D SP1.1  After the updates are installed, if the issue continues, try logging into the machine as a different user and see if the issue persists.  If it does not, it could be that your user profile has become corrupted.  If you follow through with the error report, does the browser window pop up and tell you there are some updates available that could resolve your issue?

Ultimately, it might require a full uninstall/reinstall of the software, depending on what is causing the issue.
