You should not have any problems directing flow to different basins but I assume you want to know the discharge of each. I don't think this is calculated individually.

Yes, I was wanting to determine flow from each structure, or at least direct outlet structure #1 to basin "A", and outlet structure #2 to basin "B". I'm not finding any way to do that.
