Hydraflow Storm Sewer Extension

I am trying to use the hydraflow storm sewer extension for a project. When I try to open it it gives me the attached message.

Is there a way to fix it so it works?

Thanks,

Roll back your Windows 10 to a previous update.

Is this update why SSA wouldn't be working right as well?

These are the updates I see. Which ones would you recommend uninstalling?

I would roll-back Windows 10-1803 to Windows 10-1709.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that but I still couldn't get it to work. I recreated my pipe network in a new drawing, did not take into SSA, and it opened in the storm program in CAD.
