Hydraflow Inlet bypass & 100% capture Error

I am having a problem with Hydraflow Storm Sewers Extension where the inlet bypass & capture is calcuated differently on different computers.  If I open the file, there is no bypass.  The inlets have 100% capture (which seems incorrect). but if someone else in the office opens the file, the results show a bypass for the inlets.  I have attahced the storm sewers file, and a .pdf of my results.  We double checked the code calculations tab and it looks like they are all set the same.  It is calculated different results on each computer.

We are using Civil 3D 2015 which has been updated with the service packs.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

It appears that you might be missing a service pack on your machine.
