How to transform a drawing from a different coordinate system to northings and eastings.

I have been struggling to convert drawings which are in different into northings and eastings. How do you go about it? Attached below are the DWGs I want transformed in UK northings and eastings.

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Thanks for posting your drawings.
The "Ducts" drawing is in Millimeters and neither drawing is Geo-Referenced. About the only thing you can do is find some surveyed points and use the ALIGN command.
