how to rotate the bing maps online imagery?

 sir, i would like to ask on how to rotate the online map (bing maps) to conform with the drawing. (maybe using the transformation tab??) i have done it before...but i just can't get my brain to think on how i have done it before.   thank you very much....

The Bing imagery can be rotated using the technique outlined in the link below. When prompted to specify North, just select your own rotation point.

sir, i am figuring out on how to properly use the transformation tab-reference point-rotation point-specify grid rotation angle. maybe to slightly rotate tha bing maps just a bit... i knew i have done it before, but i cant just figure out how i did it before.
