How to get multiple stations on a structure label in a profile?

Trying to get my profile to show both stations for a manhole that intersects two alignments. I have the larger main alignment referenced as the alignment for the manhole. I can get it to working plan view with reference text but cant figure out how to do it in profile view.

You can create a Reference Text component in a Profile Label. Just reference to an alignment object and then pick that second alignment when adding the labels.

worked great! Another tip for anyone else coming later. Anchor points are a must for a clean look and finish.
