Dear Friend,

I hope you have Auto CAD points in your drawing. You can import it in the following manner.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-civil-3d/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticl...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBWQioIBnm0

After converting the Auto CAD points to Civil 3D you can export them as usual.

Thanks.

What do you mean they are in 2d? What Tyler of points are they? Do they have attributes, are they blocks?

One Idea is:

Use Command _DATAEXTRACTION see for example https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/getting-started/caas/screencast/Main/Details/4008b705...

Simply extract X,Y, and Textvalue

The result is already attached.

Shashirekha,

If your aim is to create a Surface, you can use <<<Move Text To Elevation>>>.
