How to delete grey triangle

Hello everyone,

I am trying to delete the grey triangle - where the leader is (0+010.156). 

How do I delete the unwanted triangle, please?

You can't delete them directly. They're created by the program. Most likely you have crossing featurelines in the same site. Crossing featurelines at different elevations create a point and alter one or both of the featurelines depending on how certain settings are set and what type of featurelines they are. The easiest way to stop that is to move the featurelines to different sites. But that may mean there is an issue with the grading where they cross.
