How to customize the command line commands?

I would like to learn how to customize certain command line initiated commands.

For example:

Modify the Layer command options:

Command: -LA
Enter an option [?/Make/Set/New/Rename/ON/OFF/Color/Ltype/LWeight/TRansparency/MATerial/Plot/Freeze/Thaw/LOck/Unlock/stAte/Description/rEconcile]:

How do I add the command "/eXit/" to the list?

You don't. If you wanted something different you would have to create your own command, with it's own options, using one of the APIs (LISP, managed dotNET, or ObjectARX).
