How to change the reference point of Part Builder

Hi Everyone,

In the video that was recorded, I addressed my concern. Kindly watch the video. My concern, which is particular to the part builder, is that if the response is provided in a work flow format or a video is recorded, that would be very beneficial.

I am thankful that you responded. Could you elaborate on how to replace the reference point of the original circle center point with the newly drawn circle center after using this command?
