My assembly has the following 3 subassemblies in the left side and 2 subassemblies in the right side (custom subassembly and slope).
The left side has 2 LaneSuperElevationAOR subassemblies and a custom subassembly which returns an output parameter (width shoulder for the last LaneSuperElevationAOR).
The trouble, as you can see in the picture, is I have 2 subassemblies (LaneSuperElevationAOR) which have the same code feature lines. and when my LaneSuperelevation is 0 (first station in the corridor) then the FL´s of the second LaneSuperelevationAOR are wrong.

In the Feature Lines tab (corridor properties dialog box), there is:
Specifies how the feature lines for the corridor are branched if a point code is used a varying number of times at different stations:
But it is a little curious because my LaneSuperelevationAOR is in the left side (with width=0) and my another LaneSuperelevationAOR is in the right side.
