First things first.  If you know ahead of time what your Paperspace scale is going to be I would suggest you set the Model to the same scale.  By doing this you will see how it will appear in Paperspace.

To edit your style:

Toolspace --> Settings --> Surface --> Surface Styles --> (Pick your current style). Now edit it.
