@Joe-Bouza Hi

Do you think what's the solution if I don't want to modify the table manually!?

No I don’t. Maybe Project Explorer

can help, but I doubt it.

Best offer is to add the item number to the pay item description

I am assuming that you are using QTO. Are you? how are you getting the tables?

If using QTO, the csv file is in your system. Just edit the description column to include the pay item number

@Joe-Bouza Hello

Really I didn't use QTO already.

I have just arranged the table with the material table.

I think the QTO is an interesting method could you please show with an example.

Thanks

Explaining QTO in a post would be way to complicated. there are tutorials.

When you set up the material tables did you create the material names? same suggestion add the item number to the material descriptions

@Joe-Bouza Hi

Thanks for your attention! I  can create the second and third columns with material however the material table doesn't accept "," "=" or like this I have to export to CAD and modify it,

So I welcome any solution that can help me to add the first column(Item No) to the material table.

anyway thanks

Sometime we have to compromise. add the space in description and draw the line to separate
