ok thanks.

Do you happen to have instructions on how to modify it?

like changing it to 5x5

Whenever I google tables  only the blocks with table styles show up and this table is apparently go by a different system

ok nevermind apparently you can only do it from the creation menu.

You can add/remove columns and rows from an existing table. Click on a column/row and rt. click to get those options.

Not true

grip the table and all the modify tools are there: add rows add cols, ad cell style. The list keeps going. The long and shirt of it is you can modify everything post placement

Just to add that if you already have the table in Excel copy it then in AutoCAD Home  (on ribbon) > Clipboard > Paste > Paste Special (drop down) > Paste (radio button)and choose AutoCAD Entities will paste an AutoCAD Table that does its best to match the source with text, number, date formats etc in cells it creates. Paste Link > AutoCAD Entities will do the same with a link back to the excel source that updates if the data there changes

It's also worth remembering that AutoCAD tables are totally different objects from Civil tables and that the vanilla AutoCAD table editing tools don't work for the Civil tables.
