How do I add vertical lines in the profile at grade break?

I tried a lot but unfortunately I am not able to add vertical line at the grade break portion of the profile.
Please HELP!!!

As the profile is or could be connected to a terrain surface, you will not be able to generate an actual vertical element, but would be required to offset two points to ''mimic' vertical with a minor offset between the two.

It looks like profile data bands in your image. Look at profile view properties, data bands tab. Something similar can be done by adding grade break labels to the profile labels.

Problem is I cannot find break lables in profile labels, neither in English nor in German Country Kit.

I don't use that type of band, I just recognized it on your images as similar in what I have seen in others.

Profile labels, not Profile view labels. Select the profile, right click and pick edit labels.
