how can I show the label in band ground elevation and offset in grade breaks of project elevation in Section View?

If you are familiar with how to modify the Styles for the band labels, in the Text Component Editor you need to add "Profile 1 Elevation Minus Profile 2 Elevation" to get the difference between the two surfaces.

but my meaning is to show Elevation Ground in points of grade breaks related to Project Elevation 

also for offset distance
