How can I design the road marking and the arrow using civil3d ？

How can I design the road marking and the arrow using civil3d ？and then It must can be imported into Infraworks 。

Would it help if the arrows were just be simple polylines with line widths applied?     (ie: straight arrow, polyline with two segments, 1st one goes from 0 to 3 units wide, the second is 1 unit wide)

Someone mentioned the layers in Infraworks but also make sure the layer order is set correctly. It's like setting the display order in AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Click and drag the striping layers towards the top or above the corridor.

i couldn't open your model because my version is old. I know what's happening, you are trying to add custom line marking to to an area outside of your civil3d corridor and surface. I have an area in a model similar. When the roads layer is off it shows over the existing surface and when its on they disappear beneath the infraworks pre-made road. In my scenario it wasnt an issue so i left it. Can you continue your corridor model on in civil3d to cover the area and trim back the pre-made road in infraworks to tidy it up. This issue I do not have a fix for, so i'm also learning here now
