How can I adjust a 3D/Side view to look straight on at an object?

We are drawing brackets for a bridge.  I am drawing looking down.  I am connecting points by elevation.

So when I look at it from the side you can see an elevation.  The problem is the Side view is set at an angle.  I want to change that view so it is looking directly PERPENDICULAR to my items.

I have attached photos showing my top view and then when I switch to 3D Modeling I pick LEFT view.

In the top view (first pic) going along the top is the north side of the bridge.  Going along the bottom is the south side.  The purple line is the baseline of my bridge.  That is what I want my view plane to be.  I can a DVIEW.  That change my X/Y in top view.  But it does NOT change my Side view.

In the second pic / LEFT view on the left is the north side of the bridge and on the right is the south side.  This is drawn at a slight angle - you can see the CURVE of the Arches in Red.  It is NOT looking straight on ay the brackets.   How do I adjust my VIEW for this Side View?

Create a UCS on the face of the object and then use the command: Plan, Current UCS to view it. Post your drawing if you can.

And if you need to do this for several faces / several objects, bring up the UCS dialog by typing DDUCS, and name each new UCS you create.  E.g. 'Bracket_1_Side', "Bracket_1_Back', etc.

How do I create a UCS?

I did.  But it is still at an angle.  I was able to get me coordinate system situated on my purple baseline.  But when I go to 3D modeling I select "LEFT" under the "VIEW" tab.

I got it.  I made the UCS along my purple baseline.  CAD was glitching cause I still couldn't get it to line up right.. Then today we saw my XYZ was aligned along my UCS and when we clicked "FRONT VIEW" on the cube it worked exactly how I wanted it.
