Help with autocad cogo point

Hello i'm learning autocad civil 3D .

I have an autocad civil 3D 2018 and i have some point as block ,i want to convert them as cogo points . I saw a video tutorial in youtube but it doesn't work. Can someone help me ? Thank you !

Thanks for posting your drawing and the link.
Your Blocks are all "Anonymous", so you'll need to first convert them to "Named".
Attached is a LISP Routine which will change all your Blocks. I think I got it from >>>Here<<<. For Help with running a LISP read >>>Here<<<.
