Help with a navigation tool (pan alternative)

Press ctrl+middle mouse button in autocad you get the draggy arrow thing like in google chrome...

 

How do I get the to be my default middle mouse button command?

Also it is backwards for me can i edit how this command works?

If you type cui into the command line it will open the customization dialogue box. Once there you can go down to the mouse buttons settings. The info in the box on the right states the order of the mouse buttons and waht they correspond to. Then its a matter of dragging the command you want to use and placing it in the spot of the existing command.

After using @J.FOCHT method to change the CUI you still need to change MBUTTONPAN to 0
