help on tool pallette issue on toolspace

i have a problem when i want to show the toolspace window on the autocad civil 3d 2010. when i commanded to show the toolspace window, it said ''there are currently no palettes to show in the Toolspace window''. so what should i do to overcome this matter. thank you.

Typically this issue is due to a corrupted Windows profile. Could you have another user log onto your machine and see if they can reproduce? If they cannot reproduce the issue when logged on under their user name, then resetting your user settings will most likely resolve the issue: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1108208
