Helios3D system requirements

Hi,

I have used Civil 3D 2016 with Helios3D(photovoltaic power plant design program works with Civil 3D). Does the system requirements differ? My computer is Intel I5-2500CPU 3,3 Ghz, 16GB RAM, 64-bit Nvidia Geforce GT 420 but I suffering from too much delaying and not responding although usage of RAM and CPU lower than 50%. What is the reason of this situation and how can I fix it?

I'd guess you have a large surface with a ton of points, maybe a lidar surface. I'd get rid of the extra points or split the surface into smaller chunks.
