We have a client that has one computer that when they click the down arrow to reveal all the different hatch patterns, the application will lock up and cause a lot of work to be lost. We have tried reparing the install and this did not fix it. Any help would
What down arrow are you talking about? Is this in the Ribbon or in the Hatch dialog box? Have you checked for invalid hatch pattern (.PAT) files that could be causing this?
Don't know about the hatch issue but is Auto save turned on? You ca minimize losses with this setting
