How do subassembly hatch automatically in all the corridors (as seen in picture 2)?

The look of a cross section hatching is controlled by the code set style being used for the corridor:  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-civil-3d/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2016/...
