Grip issues when editing polylines and arcs in Civil 3D 2018

Hello,

I am having the same issue as the article in this link:

However I cannot access AutoCAD MAP through my account settings for an update.

I have also tried fixing the solution with this solution but that did not work either.

Are there any other workarounds to this issue?

What about using the Desktop App to get the update?

Perhaps your reseller can get it to you also.

i just installed this Map hotfix earlier today and it fixed it (see msg 3 of 5) for C3D 2018:
