Grading with intermediate plateau

In some area of my project I need to grade with intermediate plateau (see pics). Is there any way to achieve this in Civil 3D?

Corridors or feature lines.

If it is feature lines, just offset the feature lines the desired distance and height.  You can also offset the feature line generated by the grading objects.

Corridors have a benching daylight assembly.

Hope that helps,

I'd agree with @cwitzel but my preference would be corridor methods.

I would avoid attempting to do this with grading objects as your drawing is almost guaranteed to crash (as I know from experience).

Can I apply the sub-assembly to a feature line? or do I have to create an alignment at the perimeter of my building & apply that sub-assembly as a corridor?

Yes - you can't currently use a featureline as a baseline for a corridor so you will need to use create a horiz alignment and profile from your featureline. I would also add small radius bends at the corners to assist with the modelling but you will get the inevitable "bowties" appearing at the corners

I'm lost now... My first two slope needs to be at 1:2 slope & all of the rest needs to be at 1:3 slope...? I can't seem to figure it out... Now looking into the Subassembly composer...

It can also be done using the generic links - what is your first 1:2 slope targetting??
