Whenever I go to the Geotechnical Module tab and click Import I get the message "Unable to connect to database. Contact support." Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is? Am I not saving my databases to the correct location?
@Anonymous - this used to be the solution document for that, but it's no longer there. Unfortunately the wayback machine can't cache these documents, and it doesn't look like Google does either. Perhaps @knowledge333 can help find it?
