Geotechnical module - Not "loading"

I have a student license civil 3d. I downloaded it from my membership page to geotechnical module and installed. I can't run. Hang up in the ''loading'' section. Example photo attached. Do not work in student license? or Is there another problem?

Help me plaese.

Hello @Anonymous

Sorry, for the late response on this issue but, I suggest trying doing the following below to see if this offers a solution.

  1. Right click the .exe file, and select 'Run as administrator' to run the installer, see if works
  2. Try to login with a local admin user or the system default 'Administrator' to run the installation.
  3. Try a repair of the civil 3d install
  4. If above not work, try to use this tool:http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/en-us

Please keep us posted on this issue. Thanks!

Hi Bushw

I tried your solution but again  same problem. ''Loading'' don't passed. Maybe Geotechincal module don't use for studenet licence?

My friend has got a Civil 3d normally licence and running geotechnical module on his pc.

Maybe this problem doing from student Licence  Bushw?

Thank you.
