Is anyone else having troubles installing the new Geotechnical Modeler 2022?

Still cannot install this. 

Side note, is there any way to remove this from the App so I just don't see the update? I don't even want it, just want it cleared from my list (yeah yeah I know).

The link you provided is not working for users unregistered at wiki.autodesk.com which seems to be only for autodesk empoyers.

You're right, I will look for the source which is open for you. 

In the meantime, try to download it through your Autodesk Account instead of the Desktop App.

As previously mentioned it does not work as well. It gives the same error. I expected more sophisticated solution like registry edit etc. There is some problem with installation of this extension itself. My context is Windows 11 with all current updates and Civil 3d 2022 edition with all current updates. The downloaded extension is 2022 edition respectively too. All other updates were applied with no issues.

What's the status of the fix?  We are having the same problem with the install.  Have tried the install with the Desktop App and downloading the file, both failed.

Actually got it installed. No fix, i just updated the regular AutoCAD 2022 and i think the licensing thing too to the latest version, and then it just worked. Apparently just having your Civil 3D up to date isnt enough.

This should not be marked as a solution because it worked for one person. The installation still fails.

I don't know if anyone is still having problems with this, but I found that the link below has an update to the Autodesk Installation Service (the  AdODIS-installer.exe file) that FINALLY made the geotech modeler update. I had to download this in order to update the Civil 3D 2022.2 update and surprisingly it worked. The steps are about halfway down the page.
