GEOMAP STOPS WORKING

I installeed c3d 2017 and logged into my account and geomap worked fine.  then the next day it quit working sayimg maps not available but at the top it shows i am logged in to my a360 act.

I can pull up the dwg in map 2017 and the aerial shows up with not problems.

I uninstalled c3d 2017 and reinstalled it and the geomap aerial showed up.  Then the next day it would not show up again like befoe.

is there some kind of variable setting that may be causing this?

I often have this issue because I forget to sign out of 360 at end of day.

If you did not sign out of 360 at the end of the day, then try This.
