Geographic Marker gets in the way of 3D viewing

Hello all,

My Geographic Marker is getting in the way when I try to use the cube while viewing my 3D objects in Civil 3D 2016.  I used the geomarkervisibility command to hide the geomarker, but that didn't seem to fix the problem.  When I use the cube to view my object at a different angle, it seems to still think the geomarker is there and I want to view that.

Also, when using my free orbit, the system crahses if I use the zoomroll on my mouse at the same time, and also crashes while attempting to use the freeorbit tool at all.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks!

If you want to free orbit without crashing, the best way to do this is hold down the SHIFT key while holding down on the mouse wheel.

Actually, it worked much better while holding shift.  However, it still ended up crashing!
